COVID-19

Updated: May 22, 2021

As we're faced with many uncertainties in this season of our lives, we would like to extend our love and speak hope into your circumstance today. Our goal is to provide a safe and confidential place for anyone to contact us if in need of prayer, or if they just need someone to talk to. We are accepting any stories, testimonials, or prayer requests. No information will be released or posted on any website. We are reaching out our hand through this message and would love to hear anything that's on your heart during this unpredictable season. Fear is not God's original plan for any of His children. But instead, it's one of Satan's perfect weapons and strategies he uses to stop the growth of the individual.

Fear was never part of God's original plan for His creation. It was only after the fall that Adam and Eve experienced the emotion of fear for the first time. Fear is the first emotion that gripped them as soon as their eyes were opened and they realized they were naked. Shame combined with fear led Adam to hide from God. Even after such great disobedience, God still searched for Adam in the garden and extended His hand to Him. He never gave up on His children and He will never give up on you. This fear that entered the world through their disobedience is still here today and has many of us paralyzed in the spiritual realm. This paralysis may be hard to discern most of the time. It is only through the Holy Spirit that one may discern these blockages and hinderances in their lives. One may never experience the full freedom of Christ in their lives if these bondages aren't broken in the name of Jesus. In the name above every other name, as Philippians 2:9 states.

How Christ Can Help

He can offer complete freedom and satisfaction that can never be found anywhere apart from Him. He is the only one who can satisfy our hearts because He's the one who created it. In Matthew 11:28 He says, "Come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest." Running to find satisfaction in anything apart from Christ will only leave one empty and broken. A false hope is all one will find. I've learned that God can replace all of our pain and torment with His hope and with the glory that's found in Christ alone. He can pluck out grief and replace it with joy. He can uproot envy and replace it with love. He is able to replace our short tempter with patience. Holding on to anything that's not from the Lord is a delusion that will only pull us further away from our destiny and God's original plan.

God's original plan for all of us was life. Eternal life can be offered to you today through your faith by His grace alone. This means there will never be anything you can do to save yourself. Our "good deeds" are like filthy rags in front of the Lord. He is willing to offer it to you for free if you just believe that He sent His Son to die for you on the cross, in your place. Even if you don't fully believe with all your heart you can ask the Lord to help you. In the book of Mark, a boy is brought to Jesus to be healed from seizures that he has been suffering from since childhood. The boy's father believes that this miracle can be accomplished by Jesus because he's the one who brings the boy over to Him to be healed. But at the same time there's doubt within his heart that would of only hindered this miracle from coming to pass. To overcome this doubt the father says, "I do believe; help my unbelief." In this instant the boy was healed and his health was restored. Today we can be like this man who did not fully believe God. Even though a part of him doubted, speaking it into existence helped him overcome this blindness. The Bible says that salvation is found in no one else other than Jesus. Because there is no other name given under heaven to mankind by which we must be saved. Speaking and declaring that "Jesus is Lord" can open ones' eyes for the first time to see the light of Christ.

Words Mixed With Faith Can Move Mountains

Prayer moves the heart of God and changes direction in our lives. It births revivals and breaks strongholds. John 11:35 is the shortest verse in the Bible and holds a lot more significance than one may believe. The Lord did not place this verse in His Word at random or without great significance. It's the shortest verse in the Bible for a reason, and it's meant to draw attention and captivate the mind of the reader. What many don't know is the true reality as of why Jesus wept. His heart was moved by Mary's tears. Jesus is the Maker of all things and he already knew he could raise up Lazarus from the dead in an instant. God desires to have personal relationship with all His children and He rejoices in those moments that His children trust Him enough to ask anything of Him. The Lord wants to speak life and hope into our circumstance today in the same way He spoke into Mary's. Although God never changes His mind as stated in Numbers 23:19, He can change direction. Our prayers first move the heart, then, the hand of God. It is with His right hand that He promises to fulfill anything we may ask of Him that's according to His will. God can turn around any situation that may seem hopeless at the moment and He may be nearer to us than we may believe.

Footprints In the Sand by Mary Stevenson

"One night I dreamed a dream. As I was walking along the beach with my Lord. Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life. For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand, One belonging to me and one to my Lord.

After the last scene of my life flashed before me, I looked back at the footprints in the sand. I noticed that at many times along the path of my life, especially at the very lowest and saddest times, there was only one set of footprints.

This really troubled me, so I asked the Lord about it. "Lord, you said once I decided to follow you, You'd walk with me all the way. But I noticed that during the saddest and most troublesome times of my life, there was only one set of footprints. I don't understand why, when I needed You the most, You would leave me."

He whispered, "My precious child, I love you and will never leave you Never, ever, during your trials and testings. When you saw only one set of footprints, It was then that I carried you."

Our ministry will always be a shoulder to lean on. We're willing to pray with anyone who is in need of strength in this time. There's something so special and powerful about the unity of two or three individuals in prayer. God tells us in Matthew 18:20, " For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Some strongholds can only be broken through the power of unity in prayer. We are here to rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn with those who mourn.
